WHO TO CONTACT
If you have any concerns or questions about your rental, the workings of appliances, or the details of your stay please call the 24-hour contact number listed on the permit near your front door or consult the Owner’s Welcome Information. 9-1-1 calls should be limited to medical or police emergencies.
OCCUPANCY
Please adhere to the occupancy limits of 6 people and 2 cars, as defined by the permit for the property.
PARKING
Please adhere to the description of the parking plan as provided by the owner. The maximum number of motor vehicles for a short-term rental shall be one vehicle per bedroom. Parking spaces may not be located on any part of the lawn or in the right-of-way.
NOISE
We believe everyone, including our visitors, is entitled to the peaceful enjoyment of their residence. Please try to keep any noise at a minimum. Town Noise Ordinances designates 9 PM to 7 AM being quiet hours in our community.
FIRES
In order to promote safety there is no other fires permitted on property aside from the propane firepit. Fires must be tended, in a contained area, and are not allowed after 10 PM. A propane firepit with extra propane is supplied with your rental.
TRASH
We live in a forested park along with many types of animals, including bears. They tend to get into garbage so please keep your bins secure and follow the trash and recycling plan as provided by your rental.
DOGS
We are a dog friendly community, but please note pets are not allowed in most Village Parks (Peacock Park / Municipal Beach, Mid’s Park, and One Main Park). All dogs must also be kept on a leash unless you are walking one of our community trails with a posted notice that specifically provides a leash exemption. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Pet waste disposal bags are conveniently located on most of the trails and along the walk around Mirror Lake. We expect and appreciate your cooperation.
Handicap Accessibility
These are private homes and are not handicap accessible. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special needs. If you need these accommodations, please book a hotel or motel.
